The lady at the front desk was awesome. Room was nice and clean. Breakfast was fantastic. She even gave us a room near the exit so we could go out to smoke easier. Great ppl will stay again if in the area.
Stayed many times in the last 7 years. Even through the name change & renovation the same people have owned it. Always had good courteous service, even when someone (guest) through potting soil in the pool, they told us in advance. They knew we were making the stay because of the pool, during our 15+hr trip from NC to MI. We stayed anyway because great staff. Its been nice to see the improvement over the years.

We visited a friend in Nevada but also went to the Basilica in Cary along with dinner in Upper Sandusky. The Royalton was the perfect location for all of the above! While we really wanted to take advantage of the pool at the Royalton the hours were not in line with our plans. We were greeted by Kamy who could not be nicer! Simply super sweet from check in to our check out. The rooms are a little antiquated but they did what we needed. Provided us with coffee, bathroom, working tv, working AC/heat, comfortable bed and pillows! It's not a highly traveled location so there were very little reservations which in turn made for a quiet peaceful rest. The price was right!
Rooms were good, faint odor in the carpet but beds were clean. Pool was open but shut down early in the next day for cleaning. Also breakfast was taken off the list due low staffing. Owners amd employees were extremely polite and friendly.
Arrived very late, 1pm. Was greeted by a very nice gal, the hallways had a funny detergent smell. Room was clean, nice.. over head light didnt work, but everything else was in order. Very easy off and on the freeway..
We booked 3 rooms for 4 nights and could not be more pleased with our stay. Very clean very friendly staff. The pool was also very clean and warm! Will be staying next year when we head to inkarceration 2023! Thanks for the stay and being good to our kids
We were lucky enough to stay here... Rooms were large ... Beds were actually comfy....and kami was wonderful the entire time
